Our Beekeeping Journey
In April of 2022, our third swarm of bees decided to move into our air conditioning shop in Katy, Texas. We figured that was a pretty clear sign—and we accepted the challenge of becoming beekeepers!
Since then, it’s been an incredible journey:
- 2023: Our first harvest—about 50 pounds of honey from just a few hives.
- 2024: We grew to 8 hives and harvested nearly 400 pounds of honey.
- 2025: With 14 hives, our bees gifted us with over 1,000 pounds of honey!

Our hives are located off Pitts Road in Katy. Each box is labeled! Can you guess what they say?
If you guessed Be Fruitful and Multiply, you are right! The bottom two boxes in this picture are our brood boxes while the top boxes are for honey.
Get Some Honey
We’d love for you to taste the sweetness of our bees’ hard work! We offer:
- 1-pound bottles (perfect for your pantry) In addition to our regular honey, we now have cinnamon honey and will soon have HOT honey!
- 5-gallon buckets (about 50 pounds, ideal for bulk buyers, bakers, or serious honey fans)
