Hi, I’m Kim—and for me, everything comes back to family. I believe that life’s sweetest memories are made when we gather together: around the dinner table, on a new adventure, while learning something new, or even when we’re tending to the bees in our backyard.

My journey started in the classroom, where I spent over 30 years teaching and tutoring. Along the way, I discovered Tastefully Simple and fell in love with helping families get delicious, stress-free meals on the table. A few years later, I added travel planning—because what’s better than creating memories that last a lifetime?

Then came the bees! What started as a surprise swarm has turned into our family’s Cool Bees Apiary, where my daughter runs the Instagram, my son manages the YouTube channel, and my husband and I keep our hands sticky with honey. It’s truly a family adventure.
